The Out Islands are a group of small cays and associated islets representing the seventh department of the British Paradise Islands overseas territory, featured in the Two Paradisesfiction/fantasy realm, as devised by Jonnie Comet.[]
The Out Islands are divided into two townships, each consisting of numerous small settlements, each of which is essentially independent. Students are ferried to either Millbury or Hastings for all education after primary-school level, which in the Out Islands tends to be conducted from home.
Few of the Paradise Two stories feature The Out Islands. Paul du Lake is the only character known to be from there.
